0.5um Die Bonder에는 MRSI-S-HVM이 포함되며 integrated photonics 양산, 반도체 wafer-level packaging, 한 장비에서의 multi-chip·multi-process 생산을 위해 설계된 차세대 초고정밀 솔루션입니다. Tronstek은 세 곳에서 고객이 profiles를 실행하고 데이터를 수집하게 하거나 어려운 PCB를 받아 reflow-soldering profiles와 데이터를 생성하며 reflow ovens를 고객 요구에 맞게 custom configure할 수 있습니다. MK7의 low-height top shell은 모든 skin에 double insulation을 적용하며 reflow-soldering energy loss를 up to 10-15% 줄입니다. Industry 4.0 측면에서 Internet of Manufacturing(IoM), smart factories, intelligent machines, networked processes를 제시하고 Uniform Gas Management system은 net flow를 제거하여 nitrogen consumption을 up to 40% 낮추며 semi-circular heater는 robustness, efficiency, longer lifetime을 목표로 합니다.
