KINO Wafer Loader supports first-, second- and third-generation semiconductor materials, including transparent and semi-transparent materials. The KINO Wafer Loader provides automatic measurement, automatic imaging and image-stitching functions, can work with KLA File or other Wafer Map data, and supports 25 Slot, 13 Slot and 12 Slot cassettes. For the same KINO Wafer Loader, the listed wafer-thickness range is 160um~1000um. KINO-3000 is used for macro and micro inspection, uses a large-area high-brightness inspection fixture and can be paired with a Wafer ID reader using OCR. KINO-3200 combines sorter and EFEM functions, while KINO-2200 lists SMIF Port, Versar Port and SMIF Pod support. The KINO Series also includes a Vertical Sorter with a vertical design intended to save space through vertical sorting, support for Notch and Flat wafer orientation, an independently developed high-precision wafer pick-and-place structure, and Wafer ID reading. For frame-wafer inspection, the KINO Series includes 12 Inch Frame Wafer Inspection with Macro, which can work with KLA File or other Wafer Map data. That 12 Inch Frame Wafer Inspection system supports selectable inspection mode and sequential inspection mode and provides macro inspection using a large-area high-brightness inspection fixture.
