It is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service of semiconductor ozone equipment, focused on high-purity, high-concentration ozone technology for 13 years and dedicated to providing the industry with professional and reliable high-concentration ozone system solutions. The company has its own class-1000 and class-100 cleanrooms and testing platforms. Its products have passed the three major management system certifications of ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001, as well as the full series of certifications including SEMI-S2, S6, S23, F47, Hazop, ETL, and CE, and have obtained more than 60 patent authorizations in total. With technical strength leading the industry, it is the first domestic ozone equipment supplier in China to pass FAB customer certification, and it undertakes national-level R&D projects addressing bottleneck ("chokehold") technologies. The company has won honors such as Gusu Leading Enterprise and "Little Giant" (specialized, refined, distinctive, innovative) enterprise; its independently developed products fill domestic gaps and replace imports.
