Founded in December 2014, the company started with just a few employees and has devoted itself to the design and manufacturing of automation equipment as well as professional assembly subcontracting. Having developed to this day, the strong team led by General Manager Pan Ching-lung not only possesses rich process experience in semiconductor-related industries, but also continues to contribute all its energy on the path of R&D and innovation. From top to bottom, all employees of Superplus Tech uphold a professional passion, dedicating themselves to the design, development, application, and localized production of semiconductor automated wafer transfer mechanisms, thereby providing customers with more competitive equipment and services. In addition, the newly invested Zhudong plant, a production base covering more than 3,000 ping, was officially put into operation in March 2023. The plant is laid out with a cleanroom production zone, an R&D zone, a large-scale automated storage zone, and an integrated complete production line, which can absolutely meet customers' order demands and the mission of timely delivery.
