半導体 probe station のラインアップには、4 インチ、6 インチ、8 インチ、12 インチウェハ向けの手動および半自動 precision DC/RF probe station と millimeter-wave on-wafer RF probing が含まれます。four-point probe resistivity measurement system のオプション測定範囲は 1 μ Ω~10G Ω とされています。SAKYIWA NanoProber Series は半導体、薄膜、LED、photonics test 向けに、マイクロ・ナノスケールで sheet resistance、4-wire Kelvin resistance、FET properties を高速抽出します。Reliability ESD test は 50 V to 8kV, (250 V to 16kV optional) の high-voltage supply range を掲げ、BGA、PGA、LGA、QFN、LCC、QFP、TSSOP、PQFP、Flat Pack、WLCSP の wafer-level chip-packaging testing に対応し、ultra-fine pitch は 0.3mm まで、device pin count は 3700 pins 超です。POGO PIN BLOCKS と connector-saver interfaces は複雑な DUT board や breakout board を universal motherboard-style interface に変換し、幅広い物理・電気テスト要件に対応し、多くの industry-standard board-to-board connectors と接続でき、劣化した connector saver の交換で基板全体の交換を避けることにより connector wear を抑えます。
