Its professional RTP equipment supports SiC, Silicon, GaN, GaAs, and InP, with solutions for AI servers and power-discrete applications, optical applications including Micro LEDs and CPO with CW lasers and photodiodes, communication and RF and power-amplifier applications, and automotive and power-device applications. The fully automated RTP-1200A(S) is a GaAs/InP solution with an annealing system for wafer sizes up to 6 inches and below, designed for small-size wafer production requirements. RTP-1200A(SEC), with a major installed base in SiC and GaN, is a fully automated 6- to 8-inch wafer-processing system with a SMIF Load Port interface and extensive field installations for compound-semiconductor capacity expansion across Asia. The dual-chamber RTP-2200A(SEC) targets Si-base implanted diffusion control and uses rapid heating and cooling to improve silicon diffusion process control while increasing throughput and production capacity. Premtek International Inc. also offers semi-automatic RTP systems for small-scale production lines, R&D, and process monitoring, with changeable susceptors that accommodate wafers from 2 to 12 inches. For universities, laboratories, and R&D centers, the Desktop RTP is a cost-effective, fully manual system compatible with 2- to 6-inch wafers and intended for researchers globally.
