The high-throughput model can reach a monthly capacity of 70,000 4-inch pieces and has been adopted by leading international LED firms. Recently, we partnered with Germany's Sentech Instruments GmbH to introduce atomic layer etching (ALE) and real-time thickness monitoring technology, focusing on 2D material integration, nanosheet circuits and GaN HEMT processes. This technology achieves low-damage, smooth-surface and high-precision etching, improving the integration yield and electrical performance of heterogeneous materials and strengthening the commercialization progress of advanced processes. The ion beam technology of Canadian company Intlvac is applied to special fields such as EUV masks, SiC optics and diamond waveguides.
