Developing technologies that only NAMICS can possess, and running at the forefront of the electronics field as an international company — that is "Small but Global," the management philosophy we continue to uphold. There have been three turning points in NAMICS' history. Each was a decision of "selection and concentration" made in step with the evolution of society and industry. Moving proactively toward becoming a technology-development-oriented company without missing the moment — we trace the path along which NAMICS' DNA was built. For example, inside the home there are televisions, PCs, smartphones, cameras, and LED lighting; outside there are solar cells, automobiles, and more. NAMICS' products are used in the boards, semiconductors, and other electronic components at the heart of these devices. Though not directly visible, they are an indispensable presence in the evolution of technology that delivers a comfortable, convenient, and safe life. We have sales bases in the United States and Europe, Singapore, South Korea, China, and Taiwan; production bases in China and Taiwan; and a development base in the United States as well. After steering toward electronic-paste manufacturing, NAMICS accelerated its global expansion, and in 2017 the overseas ratio of its sales exceeded 80%. NAMICS' development concept is SEEDS. We provide high-quality advanced materials that lead the next era across the five growth fields of electronics: Semiconductor, Environment, Energy, Device, and System. In recent years, diversity in working styles has come into focus. At our company as well, the necessity and importance of creating a comfortable working environment — such as responding to staff increases and securing employment for female employees — continue to grow. It was against this backdrop that "Ebigase Nursery amic" was born. It opened in 2016 as a nursery that can be used not only by employees but also by people in the local community. NAMICS is advancing a new challenge that applies the technology cultivated in manufacturing to agriculture, contributing to the local community and the future. NAMICS will refine the materials technology it has cultivated since its founding and realize product development that proactively leads the changes of the next era. We will contribute to the creation of new technological value. NAMICS is a global company that develops electronic-component materials supporting cutting-edge electronics technology. With a passion to "change the world through technology," we welcome people who seek challenge and growth. "Ebigase Nursery amic" is an in-company nursery open to the community, which, while founded on supporting workers, also takes the stance of jointly providing childcare for local families in commercial districts and newly developed residential areas.
