The One-Stop Hardware Design and build service covers wafer-level through package-stage test interfaces, including PCB design and fabrication for Burn-in Board, Load Board and engineering Substrate products. The hardware scope includes IC Socket and high-density Probe Card products, Interposer design for advanced packaging and chip-module interfaces, and burn-in boards for high-temperature long-duration and lifetime verification. Reliability monitoring modules and mechanical fixtures provide customized functional modules, abnormal-condition detection support and test-stability enhancement. SIPI high-speed electrical simulation is supported by an in-house SIPI simulation team that provides high-speed signal-design and layout recommendations. Its self-built SIPI simulation platform introduces impedance and power-integrity analysis early in design to stabilize high-frequency signals, reduce reflow errors and EMI risk, and save rework and debug time. In-house SMT lines, Reflow furnaces, X-Ray and Flying Probe equipment support board assembly through electrical inspection under one roof to reduce communication and delay risks from outsourcing.
