GTA MATERIAL CO., LTD.는 1993년에 설립되어 반도체 장비와 재료의 유통·대리 판매에서 웨이퍼 가공 공정용 재료를 독자적으로 연구개발하고 생산하는 기업으로 발전했습니다. R&D 팀은 고객과 직접 신소재를 공동 개발해 서비스 유연성을 넓히고 customized material requirements에 대응합니다. 서비스 거점은 대만의 Taipei, Taoyuan, Zhongli, Longtan, Pingzhen, Tainan과 중국의 Suzhou, Dongguan에 있어 즉시 소통과 현지 서비스를 지원합니다. 연구개발은 semiconductor packaging materials, optical materials, thermal-interface materials, automotive electronic materials에 집중하며 wafer dicing, wafer back grinding, IC packaging, display direct bonding, camera assembly and waterproofing, PCB corrosion protection, thermal management를 응용 분야로 제시합니다. research, manufacturing, production을 통합한 modern factory를 구축하고 data science와 green manufacturing 개념, flexible production lines, capacity로 다양한 고객 요구를 대응합니다. distribution and sales에서는 국제 제조사의 성숙한 제품을 찾고 localized sales strategy와 after-sales service를 제공해 stable long-term supply system을 구축합니다. 국제 제조사의 규격과 설계를 따르면서 localized R&D and sales를 추진하고 customized options로 품질 향상과 local cost 절감을 목표로 합니다. 1995년 PCB와 SMT 부서를 추가하고 electronics trading에서 manufacturing과 R&D로 확장했습니다. 1999년 7월 Dongguan과 Suzhou에 해외 사무소를 설립하고 같은 해 10월 Tainan에 printing steel-plate factory를 세웠습니다. 2001년 LCD 분야로 확장하고 2003년 professional R&D 자원을 늘렸으며 2007년 LED automation-equipment department, 2009년 Dongguan IT business unit를 설립했습니다. 2014년 Longtan에 optoelectronics business unit를 설립해 touch panel과 cover glass를 전개했고 2015년 electronic-materials department를 추가해 hydrophobic/waterproof coatings와 functional adhesive materials를 개발했습니다. 2021년 semiconductor-material demand 증가에 대응해 Pingzhen factory를 매입하고 R&D personnel을 채용하여 반도체 및 응용 재료를 독자 개발했습니다. 2023년 technology center를 설립해 liquid materials, thermal-interface materials, composite materials, optical adhesives, wafer tapes의 5개 기술 분야로 구분했습니다. 2025년 Pingzhen factory가 완공되어 5개 제품 기술이 mass production에 들어갔고 semiconductor, electronic, automotive materials의 현지 R&D와 제조를 추진합니다. 특허 항목으로 laser-cutting protective-film composition and application, modified polymer, adhesive composition and packaging tape, thermal-interface composition/material, waterproof adhesive, siloxy-containing (meth)acrylate polymer, pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, antistatic adhesive cured product, anti-sulfidation adhesive product containing metal을 제시합니다.
전시 제품
IC packaging 전에 wafer back grinding으로 웨이퍼를 박화하고 acrylic PO tape는 wafer dicing에 사용됩니다. Thermal Grease, TCG Series는 Flip Chip packaging에서 IC와 metal lid 사이에 적용됩니다. Laser Grooving Solution은 water-based polymer solution으로 IC wafer 표면에 spin coating하여 temperature-resistant polymer thin film을 만들 수 있습니다. CleanDice는 blade dicing용 water-based polymer solution으로 wafer debris를 빠르게 분산시키고 표면 축적을 방지해 corrosion과 contamination 문제를 줄입니다. plasma dicing은 reactive gas, 일반적으로 SF6 또는 CF4를 사용하는 plasma dry etching 환경에서 wafer boundary material을 제거합니다. liquid-material portfolio는 cleaning liquids, protective liquids, packaging materials, three/four/five-proof coatings를 포함하며 wafer manufacturing, IC packaging, display-panel production에 적용됩니다. laser-grooving protective liquid는 water-based polymer solution으로 yield를 높이고 kerf chipping과 dielectric-layer peeling을 줄이는 용도입니다. diamond-wheel blade-dicing liquid는 chemical 및 physical 작용을 함께 제공하는 water-soluble polymer solution이고 flux-cleaning liquid는 저취 solvent와 organic components로 구성되어 leadless integrated-circuit cleaning에 사용됩니다. PCB와 electronic components를 환경 침식에서 보호하는 low-viscosity coatings, membrane keyboard용 acrylic waterproof adhesive, surface tension을 낮추는 fluorine-free reactive nanocoating, plasma-dicing protective liquid도 포함됩니다. Optically Clear Adhesive (OCA)는 Cover Glass, Touch Sensor, LCD／OLED 사이의 full lamination에 사용되며 optical performance, lamination stress, step filling, long-term reliability에 영향을 줍니다. OCA 기능은 interface reflection/scattering 감소, low-modulus를 통한 접합 및 thermal expansion stress 흡수, step filling과 air release, 고온·고습·thermal shock·UV 환경 reliability입니다. OpticPB® 17S는 내열 low-modulus acrylic automotive OCA이고 OpticPB® 285는 high-adhesion acrylic air-release automotive OCA입니다. OpticPB® 693은 UV-Cut outdoor display OCA, OpticPB® 17E는 thick temperature/UV-resistant OCA for large industrial-control displays, OpticPB® 378은 secondary-UV low-modulus IPS OCA for consumer electronics입니다. air-release OCA에는 electronic paper용 OpticPB® 28D와 outdoor electronic paper용 air-release UV-blocking acrylic OpticPB® 28C가 있습니다.
