ZEUS, established in 1970, has been growing alongside the semiconductor industry for more than 35 years. It provides wet etching and cleaning equipment and technologies. Since the 1980’s, ZEUS has been involved in providing chemicals, parts, and equipment used in the semiconductor process. In 2009, ZEUS acquired JET (formerly known as SES), a company which encompasses the technology and extensive experience required in the designing and manufacturing of wet etching, cleaning, and stripping equipment. ZEUS’ market-leading wet station and single spin processor are widely used for photoresist stripping, silicon nitride etching, metal etching, and wafer cleaning with higher throughput and reliability. ZEUS has an annual turnover of over $200m and has semiconductor equipment manufacturing and R&D facilities both in Japan and South Korea in order to develop and deliver high quality products worldwide. Furthermore, it also contains a branch in China, as well as a sales representative in the US to support customers in a timely manner.
