COF沖切機はautomatic feeding and receivingを備えます。COF自動翻転はfront-sideとreverse-sideを指定して実行できます。output inspectionはpunchingの成功可否とpunching precisionが指定限界を超えたかを自動判定します。外形寸法は2580 (L) mm * 2190 (W)mm *2154 (H)mm、重量は2000KGです。50mm*70mm~60mm*70mmのproduct sizeでは380mm*380mmTrayと組み合わせてT/T 4.5sec~7secです。60mm*70mm~63mm*100mmではT/T 7sec~8.5secです。punching precisionはX/Y±0.1mmです。maximum punching product sizeはCOF 100mm*63mmで、外形寸法はmold manufacturerが提供します。barcode readerはproduct-production programと連携し、personnelがhandheld operationを行います。machineはSECS/GEM communicationもサポートします。別のPUNCH機はroll-form COF productsを自動切断してfeedingまたはautomatic tray arrangementに使用し、material-strip stabilityはX,Y±0.2mm、no-material detection systemを備え、Tact Timeは6sec/pcsです。product pageのpanel-industry equipment navigationには3-8吋FOG熱壓機(FG2004)も表示されます。全体ではoptoelectronics、semiconductor、power-battery applications向けfully automated precision production equipmentと、machine vision/image processingを用いるsemiconductor AOI wafer-surface defect inspectionを扱います。
