AMPS-High Parallel Test Cell Series는 advanced semiconductor devices용 high-power, high-throughput automated high-parallel test system이며 AEM의 특허 PiXLTM intelligent thermal-management technology를 사용해 정밀하고 확장 가능한 thermal control을 제공합니다.
