ACS Motion Control 自 1985 年起投入精密運動控制，支援半導體製造、雷射微加工與電子製造等先進設備。公司服務需要精密運動性能、較高 throughput 與改善製程性能的高科技 OEM。技術基礎結合 servo control algorithms、最佳化工具、software development libraries 與 EtherCAT-based motion-control platform。ACS Motion Control 將自身定位為 OEM 工程團隊的合作夥伴，提供可整合至機台架構、因應不同配置並維持性能的運動控制平台。總部位於以色列，並在美國、德國與中國設有子公司，另透過全球經銷商與合作夥伴網路服務 OEM。SPiiPlus Platform 是 EtherCAT-based control platform，由 motion controllers、servo drives、interfaces 與 I/O 組成，供開發精密運動系統的 OEM 工程團隊使用。平台強調因應高難度精密運動需求的性能、控制不同供應商 stage 與 motor 的彈性，以及隨機台複雜度提升而擴充的能力。SPiiPlus 架構讓 OEM 運動控制設計團隊可依每一種機台配置建立客製控制方案。獨有控制演算法與性能最佳化工具用於提升 motion stage performance，而 application-development tools 與 programming libraries 支援機台功能開發。IDM Series 提供精密運動 stage 用 DS402 EtherCAT servo drives，結合 servo-control algorithms、高速 servo sampling/update rate 與 advanced power-electronics techniques，並提供 flexible real-time programming 與 position-event generation。IDM 有 1、2、4 axes 模組，可選 DC 或 AC input，電流選項最高 60A。ECM Series 則在 cost-optimized architecture 中整合 precision motion controller 與 servo drive，面向成本與空間受限制的 OEM 機台。ECM 功能包含 advanced motion-profile generation、flexible real-time multithreaded programming、motion-optimization tools 與 motion-to-process event synchronization，同樣有 1、2、4 axes 模組與最高 60A 電流選項。整體能力涵蓋 application-development software、servo algorithms、servo-drive techniques、motion-profile planning 與 motion-to-process synchronization，用於協助 OEM 提升精密運動性能與機台 throughput、建立可擴充控制架構並縮短開發時間。公司另提供 Ace，這是一個 24/7 多語網站 assistant，將 manuals、application notes 與 real-world support tickets 整合在同一介面。SPiiPlus ecosystem 也擴充三項新方案，面向要求高性能且重視成本效率的精密運動 OEM 應用。

在半導體設備領域，ACS Motion Control 對應 sub-micron accuracy、nanometer-level standstill jitter、millisecond-level settling 與 sub-microsecond trigger synchronization 等要求。其運動控制方式結合 advanced servo 與 AI-based control algorithms、multi-axis EtherCAT-based control systems、motion-to-process synchronization，以及 high-performance servo-drive electronics。Inspection 應用包含 optical、X-ray、ultrasonic 與 e-beam；Metrology 應用包含 critical dimension (CD)、overlay 與 film-thickness measurement。Bonding 與 alignment 應用涵蓋 hybrid bonding、die bonding、LED bonding 與 silicon-photonics alignment；其他具名半導體應用包括 maskless lithography、beam delivery、nanoprobing、vapor deposition、ion implant，以及 laser scribing and annealing。支援的 precision-motion stage 類型包含 linear motor stages、direct-drive rotary stages、XY stages、XYZT stages、XY gantry stages、dual gantry stages、air-bearing stages、Z voice-coil stages、Z-Tip-Tilt stages，以及 precision servo 或 stepper ballscrew stages。NanoPWM 結合 servo-drive 與 algorithm technology，用於 sub-nanometer precision。Position Event Generation 提供與精確位置同步的 high-speed on-the-fly event triggering。Force Control 提供具 on-the-fly contact detection 的精密力控制，也被用於高精度、高 throughput 的 semiconductor advanced-packaging 應用。Autofocus 使用 dynamic autofocus algorithm 降低 tracking error；ServoBoost 用於改善 motion-system performance；Dynamic Error Compensation 用於 mechanical-accuracy compensation，以補償系統誤差；Smarter Gantry Control 則採 advanced MIMO，也就是 multi-input multi-output gantry-control algorithm。在平台層級，SPiiPlus 讓機台設計者依配置客製控制、最佳化 motion-stage performance、開發 application software，並同步 motion 與 process events。IDM high-performance servo drives 提供針對 precision stages 的最佳化工具，ECM Series 則以兼顧成本與空間的 controller/drive 架構服務精密運動 OEM 設備。application-development stack 包含 programming libraries、servo-control techniques、motion-profile planning 與 motion-to-process synchronization，使半導體設備製造商可在同一運動控制平台內結合 controller、drive 與 software functions。
