公司簡介
台灣東京精密股份有限公司所屬 ACCRETECH 的兩大核心業務為半導體製造設備與精密量測系統。ACCRETECH 表示透過與客戶、商業夥伴、股東與投資人、員工、供應商、政府及其他利害關係人建立 WIN-WIN 關係來追求長期成長。集團在日本與全球其他主要地區設有據點，透過全球營運網路支援半導體生產設備與精密量測儀器兩項業務。公司歷史始於 1949 年成立 Tokyo Seimitsu Kogu Co., Ltd.，從精密儀器起步，並在超過 70 年的發展中持續精進精密量測能力。1952 年，公司開發並商業化日本首台 air micrometer，以因應灰塵、粉末與溫度變化等環境條件下的微米級量測需求。1958 年的 germanium pellet auto-sorter 可自動完成微小零件的微米級厚度量測與分級，成為公司進入電子零件與半導體相關自動精密機械的契機。1963 年完成日本首台內徑刀片式 slicing machine，1964 年再開發日本首台 probing machine，供半導體製造商使用。1970 年開發日本首台 wafer dicing machine，利用薄刀片高速旋轉並在刀片中通水的方式，提高 chip splitting 的精度與效率。量測設備里程碑包括 1979 年的 RONDCOM 5A 圓度與圓柱形狀量測儀，以及更早在 1969 年開發的 DCM-600A coordinate measuring machine。半導體設備歷史也包括 A-PM-3000A 全自動 wafer probing machine、S-LM slicing machine 系列，以及為降低晶圓外緣崩角與裂紋而開發的 W-GM-2000B edge grinding machine。1999 年，公司商品化具 opposed two-axis spindles 的全自動 blade dicing machine；2000 年再開發 PG200 polish grinder，可在晶圓保持於 chuck table 上時依序完成 rough grinding、finish grinding、polishing 與 cleaning。2001 年導入 ACCRETECH 企業品牌，2002 年開發 A-FP-210A CMP，以因應晶圓表面研磨與平坦化需求。2011 年推出 HRG300 high-rigid grinding machine，用於次世代功率半導體所需的難加工材料。近年的半導體設備里程碑包括 AP3000/AP3000e wafer probing 平台、AL3000 laser dicing machine、2023 年 Hanno Plant 擴充半導體製造設備產能，以及 2025 年 Nagoya Plant 進一步擴充產能。精密量測方面，2025 年 Nagoya Plant 內也設置 Chubu Metrology Center，作為提供精密量測技術支援與解決方案的據點。
展出產品
半導體製造設備產品線包括 Probing Machines、Polish Grinders、Dicing Machines、CMP、High Rigid Grinder、Edge Shaping Products、Sliced Wafer Demounting and Cleaning Machine、Consumables、Precision ACCRETECH Blade 與 ancillary equipment。ACCRETECH 將半導體設備業務描述為服務 wafer manufacturing、test 與 back-end processing，同時供應 CMP 與 Polish Grinders，以滿足客戶建立適當生產系統的需求。Probing Machines 延續公司從日本首台 probing machine 到後續全自動 wafer probers 的歷史，把現行測試設備與數十年的半導體測試開發經驗連結起來。Dicing 與 wafer processing 能力則從 wafer dicing machines 與 precision blades 延伸到 polish grinders、high-rigid grinders、edge shaping、sliced-wafer demounting 與 cleaning equipment。精密量測產品線包括 Coordinate Measuring Machines、X-ray CT systems、surface texture and contour measuring systems、non-contact surface texture and contour systems、roundness and cylindrical-profile measuring instruments，以及 optical shaft measuring systems。其他精密量測產品還包括 dedicated measuring machines、discharge test systems、Power Supply Evaluation Services、Laser Interferometers、Non-contact Displacement Sensors、Grinder and Lathe systems、Machining Center systems 與 Air Micrometers。軟體可對應 coordinate measuring machines、X-ray CT systems、surface texture and contour measurement、roundness and cylindrical-profile measurement、optical shaft measurement、laser interferometers，以及 data collection and management。配件則涵蓋 coordinate measuring machines、surface texture and contour 或 roundness 量測儀器、grinder and lathe systems 與 air micrometers。ACCRETECH 表示高精密量測儀器供應全球多種產業，包括汽車、重型設備與航空，並用於量測實驗室與生產線。精密量測產品開發方向包括耐用性、更小 footprint 與 fully-automatic operation，以對應實驗室與 in-line 使用需求。ACCRETECH 另以日文說明，除了通用量測儀器外，也提供回應各種 line measurement 需求的產品，直接支援 in-line precision measurement 能力。綜合兩大事業，供應範圍把半導體製造設備與通用及線上精密量測、量測軟體、配件及技術支援基礎設施連結在一起。
