The mission of Netherlands Office Taipei is to promote and support cooperation between Taiwanese and Dutch institutions and companies. The Netherlands Pavilion spans technologies across the semiconductor value chain, including manufacturing equipment, chip design, heterogeneous integration, advanced packaging, photonics, metrology, AI and edge acceleration, and quantum technologies.

The technology scope represented in the Netherlands Pavilion covers semiconductor manufacturing equipment, chip design, heterogeneous integration, advanced packaging, photonics, metrology, AI and edge acceleration, and quantum technologies. Within computing and electronics, the Netherlands Pavilion includes a complete hardware-and-software platform for AI inference at the edge, ultra-low-power GNSS chips and Digital RF technology for IoT positioning and edge devices, and high-performance cameras, motion controllers, embedded systems, and plasma-control technologies with system-integration services. For packaging and assembly, the described capabilities include advanced packaging equipment and technology, advanced die-attach equipment and semiconductor assembly solutions for IC packaging, LED, and RFID applications, packaging design, production and refurbishment for returnable high-tech packages, and photonic packaging with high-precision fiber alignment for silicon photonics and optical interconnects. For inspection, metrology, and manufacturing control, the Netherlands Pavilion covers particle-defect inspection tools including sample and fallout scanners, automated wafer inspection and measurement, wafer-geometry analysis, manufacturing-process monitoring, precision mechatronic systems, mechanical modules, and contract manufacturing for semiconductor and high-tech industries. Manufacturing-process technologies include equipment based on impulse-printing technology, tantalum-coated products for semiconductor manufacturing, nanoimprint technology for nanoscale patterning, diffusion and deposition solutions, and semiconductor plasma-based equipment and process solutions. The portfolio also covers development and integration of advanced mechatronic solutions, dynamic UPS systems, high-power bespoke power supplies, custom precision coil assemblies, and other supporting technologies for high-tech production environments. In addition to equipment and components, the Netherlands Pavilion connects access to investment opportunities and business support within the Dutch high-tech ecosystem with cross-border business cooperation. Across these areas, Netherlands Office Taipei's stated cooperation mission provides the institutional context for connecting Taiwanese and Dutch organizations around semiconductor and high-tech technologies. For nanoscale patterning, the Netherlands Pavilion includes FabSCIL, while high-tech production support also includes dynamic UPS systems, bespoke high-power power supplies, and custom precision coil assemblies.
