JET Technology was founded in 1988 and is the first manufacturer in Taiwan to develop an In-Circuit Tester for circuit boards. It helped the then-booming information industry solve the quality-control problems of mass production. From then on, JET formed an indissoluble bond with the PCBA assembly and production industry. Over the past 30-plus years, JET has been dedicated to solving the 100% quality-control problems of SMT production lines. First is the quality of solder paste printing: JET provides high-precision 3D solder paste inspection machines to guarantee the quality of solder paste printing. Next is the pre-reflow 2D AOI, which ensures the correctness of component placement. Then comes the post-reflow 3D AOI, which inspects and guarantees the quality of soldering and the integrity of the SMT product. After DIP insertion and the solder furnace, the dynamic in-circuit tester (ICT/ATE) provided by JET uses electrical testing to inspect the assembly quality and correctness of each electronic component—an indispensable quality-control tool for complex and precise circuit board production lines. Finally, in 2016, JET designed the powerful dual-side vision inspection machine (JET 7500TBII), which can simultaneously inspect both the top and bottom sides of a PCBA product, including defects such as poor DIP soldering, reversed component polarity, wrong components, missing components, and damage. As a final inspection machine before shipment, the JET 7500TBII has been adopted by major global EMS manufacturers and is gradually becoming standard equipment on highly automated production lines. In recent years, due to customers' demand for high automation and smart manufacturing, JET Technology—thanks to its advantage of being able to provide complete inspection equipment for the entire line—will invest more manpower to build a system for collecting, analyzing, feeding back, and adjusting the entire production data, helping customers achieve their smart-manufacturing goals and enhance their competitiveness!!
