SPEA flying probe testersはfixtureを使わずにhigh throughputとfault coverageを提供します。Automated CAD-based programmingで迅速にセットアップし、30 µm probesで小さなテストポイントへ安全に接触します。機種はproduction、NPI、prototypes、多様なelectronicsをサポートします。SPEA DOT800T Power Semiconductor Test SystemはISO、AC、DC power testingを1つのmodular systemに統合します。DOT800TはSilicon、GaN、SiC devicesをwaferからfinal testまでサポートし、mass production向けのhigh-throughput platformでdynamic、static、isolation testsを提供します。別のsemiconductor-process solutionはwaferとadvanced packagingの精密surface inspectionを可能にし、automated contact angle measurementを備えます。advanced DRAM packaging向けシステムは4-strip printing、最大300 strips/hr、±25μm alignment、fully automated dispensingを特徴とします。これらのtesting、surface inspection、printing、alignment、dispensing機能は、同社のadvanced packagingとsemiconductor testing process integrationにつながります。
