公司簡介

瀚軒股份有限公司成立於 1987 年，提供半導體解決方案，專精於半導體封裝、測試、MEMS、photonics 與自動化技術。公司供應設備、材料與製程整合方案，以支援半導體製造價值鏈中的客戶。憑藉近四十年的產業經驗，公司表示已在台灣與中國建立銷售及技術支援網路，服務超過 200 家活躍客戶，產業涵蓋半導體製造、IC 設計、封裝測試、photonics 與電子產業。因應 AI、HPC、HBM、CoWoS 與 CPO 技術快速成長，公司持續擴充先進封裝與測試組合，內容包括 process equipment、specialty materials、inspection systems 與 customized automation platforms。除了代理技術夥伴產品，公司也自行開發 IC sorting systems、dispensing and printing solutions、lid attach systems、heat spreader attach equipment、automated handling systems 與 intelligent inspection platforms，因此自研能力明確涵蓋 IC sorting、點膠與印刷、lid attach、heat spreader attach、自動搬運與智慧檢測。公司以「Your Trusted Gateway to the Best Semiconductor Solutions」為使命，持續投入封裝與測試技術。

展出產品

SPEA flying probe testers 無需治具即可提供高 throughput 與 fault coverage。系統透過 automated CAD-based programming 進行快速設定，並使用 30 µm probes 安全接觸微小測點；相關機型支援量產、NPI、prototype 與各類電子產品。SPEA DOT800T Power Semiconductor Test System 在單一模組化系統中整合 ISO、AC 與 DC power testing，可支援 Silicon、GaN 與 SiC 元件，從 wafer 一直到 final test。DOT800T 提供 dynamic、static 與 isolation tests，採高 throughput 平台供 mass production 使用。另一項半導體製程方案可對 wafer 與 advanced packaging 進行精密表面檢查，並具 automated contact angle measurement。針對 advanced DRAM packaging，系統具 4-strip printing、最高 300 strips/hr、±25μm alignment 與 fully automated dispensing。這些 testing、surface inspection、printing、alignment 與 dispensing 能力與公司更廣泛的 advanced packaging 及 semiconductor testing process integration 相連結。
