Ezbond Chemical Co., Ltd. 成立於西元 1996 年，創立初衷是擔任 Silicone（矽利康）產品的代理商，尤其針對國內外化學高科技電子與電器公司。我們專注於發展電氣與電子產業，並積極拓展海外市場。1999 年底正式於廣東省東莞設立第一個分支機構，並於 2001 年初於江蘇省崑山設立第二個分支機構。由於部分中國客戶遷移至東南亞，我們於 2023 年底在越南河內再設立一處分公司。我們積極拓展海外市場，以最有效率的方式充分滿足客戶需求。目前代理的產品如下：A. DOW 產品的 Adhesive/Sealant、Encapsulants、Conformal Coating、Thermal Management；B. Panacol-Elosol GmbH 與 Dr. Hnle AG 的 UV Gel、UV Equipments；C. Zymet 用於 Area Array 元件的 Adhesives、Encapsulants（Underfills、NCP's、ACP's）；D. 通過 UL94 V-0 認證的非矽利康 Adhesive/Sealant 與 Encapsulants 產品；E. 各式供電子與電氣產業黏著應用的非 UL 產品；F. Grirem Advanced Materials；G. 客製化散熱模組；H. 工業用冷卻液。
