DSG CO., LTD.는 DASHING 이름으로 1983년 power distribution box 제조에서 시작했다. 1998년 semiconductor equipment용 precision sheet metal 생산라인을 추가했고 2002년 ISO 9001:2000, 2010년 international TFT-LCD 회사의 component manufacturing으로 확장했다. 2011년 Yongkang factory, 2012년 international equipment organization의 powder coating certification을 대만 최초로 통과했다고 기록한다. 2014년 OHSAS 18001:2007과 ISO 14001:2008, 2015년 semiconductor equipment frame casing과 spray painting line, 2017년 Industrial Park factory, 2019년 CBJ TECH, 2020년 WEIJU 신공장으로 제조기반을 넓혔다. 2020년 ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 전환과 MES/WMS 도입도 완료했다. AWS certified welding inspector와 전문 welder를 육성하며 자료에는 AWS carbon steel welder 30명이 기재되어 있다. 2015년 주요 semiconductor company의 supplier가 되었고 국제 semiconductor/panel equipment 업체에 공급한다. 10~20분 거리의 공장군과 독립 logistics system으로 integrated manufacturing을 연결한다. engineering factory에는 Demmeler 3D platform, TT-C-490 pretreatment, customer-certified painting, automated shot peening, cleanroom assembly가 있고 Anping은 laser cutting, CNC turret punching, press brake, precision sheet metal, cleanroom assembly를 제공한다. WEIJU는 DMG five-axis, AWEA gantry, COORD3 CMM을, CBJ는 surface treatment, chemical/physical testing, cleanroom inspection/assembly를 담당한다. 독립 logistics system은 고객 기밀정보와 제품안전을 보호하고 가까운 공장 배치는 공정 간 빠른 대응을 지원한다. 품질 체계에는 ISO, TTQS, AWS 전문인력, powder coating certification과 MES/WMS가 함께 포함된다.

제조공정은 customer specification에 맞춰 laser cutting, bending/forming, welding/assembly, surface treatment를 정의하고 소재별 machine, design program, tool을 선택해 효율을 높이고 이종재료 contamination을 방지한다. bending은 software simulation으로 tool과 coefficient를 정해 drawing tolerance를 맞춘다. welding은 AWS 사양에 따라 Pre-PQR, Pre-WPS, PQR, official WPS, WQR, external testing, CWI certification을 거친다. surface treatment에는 semiconductor part ultra-pure cleaning, 국제규정·미군규격 기반 처리, 대형 powder coating이 포함된다. 장비는 DMG MORI DMU200 GANTRY five-axis CNC, 고정밀 CMM, six-axis robotic welding, Demmeler 3D welding system 등을 포함한다. COORD3 UNIVERSAL은 worktable 4000kg, ISO 10360-2 정확도, RENISHAW PH10M, automatic probe switching, 온습도 제어와 temperature compensation을 갖춘다. customer-specific process design에서 machining, forming, qualified welding, cleaning, coating, dimensional verification까지 통합해 semiconductor/panel equipment용 high-precision parts를 생산한다. six-axis robotic welding은 고정된 welding parameter와 modular program을 사용하고, Demmeler 3D platform은 welding과 measurement에 활용된다. 대형 powder coating과 ultra-pure cleaning은 semiconductor part의 surface quality와 clean processing 요구를 지원한다.
