DSG CO., LTD.はDASHING名で1983年にpower distribution box製造から開始した。1998年にsemiconductor equipment向けprecision sheet metal lineを追加し、2002年ISO 9001:2000、2010年international TFT-LCD company向けcomponent manufacturingへ進出した。2011年Yongkang factory、2012年にはinternational equipment organizationのpowder coating certificationを台湾で初めて取得したと記録する。2014年OHSAS 18001:2007とISO 14001:2008、2015年semiconductor equipment frame casingとspray painting line、2017年Industrial Park factory、2019年CBJ TECH、2020年WEIJU新工場へと拡張した。2020年にはISO 9001:2015、ISO 14001:2015、ISO 45001:2018へ移行しMES/WMSも導入した。AWS certified welding inspectorと各種welderを育成し、AWS carbon steel welder 30名が記載される。2015年に主要semiconductor companyのsupplierとなり、国際的なsemiconductor/panel equipmentメーカーに供給する。10～20分圏内のfactory群と独立logisticsでintegrated manufacturingを行い、engineering factoryはDemmeler 3D platform、TT-C-490 pretreatment、customer-certified painting、automated shot peening、cleanroom assemblyを備える。Anpingはlaser cutting、CNC turret punching、press brake、precision sheet metal、cleanroom assembly、WEIJUはDMG five-axis、AWEA gantry、COORD3 CMM、CBJはsurface treatment、chemical/physical testing、cleanroom inspection/assemblyを担当する。
展示製品
製造工程はcustomer specificationに合わせてlaser cutting、bending/forming、welding/assembly、surface treatmentを定義し、material別にmachine、design program、toolを選択して効率向上とcross-material contamination防止を図る。bendingはsoftwareで事前simulationしtoolとcoefficientを確定してdrawing toleranceに合わせる。weldingはAWS仕様に沿ってPre-PQR、Pre-WPS、PQR、official WPS、WQR、external testing、CWI certificationを進める。surface treatmentにはsemiconductor partのultra-pure cleaning、international regulationやUS military standardに沿う処理、大型powder coatingを含む。設備はDMG MORI DMU200 GANTRY five-axis CNC、高精度CMM、six-axis robotic welding、Demmeler 3D welding systemなど。COORD3 UNIVERSALはworktable 4000kg、ISO 10360-2 accuracy、RENISHAW PH10Mとautomatic probe switching、temperature/humidity control、temperature compensationを備える。customer-specific process designからmachining、forming、qualified welding、cleaning、coating、dimensional verificationまでを一体化し、semiconductor/panel equipmentのhigh-precision partsを製造する。
