DOWSIL™ CC-8030 UV and Moisture Dual Cure Conformal Coating 被介紹為適合量產並可在嚴苛條件下維持性能的環保塗層；DOWSIL™ TC-6015 Thermal Conductive Encapsulant 則因應再生能源、儲能、新能源車與 5G 基地台對更高熱導率材料的需求。先進半導體封裝供應項目包括 Potting Gel、Wire encapsulant、Die attach adhesive、Lid attach adhesive、TIM1、Silicone mold compound、Silicone hybrid underfill、Silicone hotmelt sheet mold、Underfill (clear)、Fiber bond adhesives 與 Optical encapsulant。Potting gels 提供柔軟、可釋放應力的保護與環境密封；wire encapsulants 保護 wire bonds 免受水氣、熱應力與機械損傷並維持電氣絕緣；die-attach adhesives 將晶粒黏接至基板；lid-attach adhesives 則形成具機械完整性、環境保護與熱應力耐受性的封裝密封。TIM1 gels and adhesives 透過維持覆蓋與低熱阻提升 die 與 lid 間的熱傳；silicone mold compounds 可抵抗熱、水氣與機械應力；silicone hybrid underfill 提供緩衝應力的彈性；clear underfill 在維持光學透明度的同時提供機械補強；fiber-bond adhesives 提供低應力光纖固定；optical encapsulants 保護光學元件並維持高透明度與長期光學效能。針對 MEMS 與 sensor modules，矽基材料提供低應力封裝、電氣絕緣與環境保護，以在熱循環、振動與嚴苛操作條件下維持感測器靈敏度。針對高效能運算與 AI 裝置，TIM1 材料具高熱導率、低 bond-line thickness 與穩定覆蓋，用於將熱從 die 傳至 lid；TIM1 gels and adhesives 針對翹曲與熱應力設計，lid adhesives 用於黏接 silicon die 與 metal lids，而 silicone hybrid solutions 結合矽膠的柔韌性與熱穩定性，以及有機樹脂的強度與黏著力。Silicone molding compounds 使用固態、無溶劑的 silicone hotmelt cartridges，成型後固化為柔韌耐用的 encapsulant；panel-level packaging 用 silicone hotmelt sheet molding materials 則是預成型固態矽膠層，先貼合於 panel，再於 molding 過程中熔融，以提供均勻覆蓋、低元件應力、熱與製程穩定性，以及大面積、高吞吐量 PLP。針對先進互連與 co-packaged optics，產品組合包括 optical encapsulants、adhesives、silicone hybrids 與 hot-melt films，提供介電效能、熱穩定性、機械順應性，以及 AI accelerators、data centers 與 CPO 所需的高速訊號傳輸、低功率損失與可靠性。PIC/EIC attach adhesives 支援 photonic 與 electronic integrated circuits 的整合；fiber-bond adhesives 則具 V-groove 填充、低模數、高光學傳輸與 UV 或低溫固化能力；列出的可調目標包括 viscosity 50~5000cp、CTE 50~120ppm/C（@30~150C），UV curability 與 adhesion 可透過 PAG package 調整，所有 prototypes 可僅以 150C 熱條件固化。CPO 用 encapsulants 可在維持高訊號完整性的同時保護光學介面，並在熱循環期間維持對位與可靠性；其 UV 或低溫固化選項也可支援溫度敏感的光學元件。DOWSIL™ Silicone Hot-Melt Film technology 相較 liquid silicone 被介紹為更快、更容易的製程，並可降低熱應力。
