WinWay offers comprehensive test-interface solutions spanning wafer-level testing, package-level testing and thermal management for semiconductor testing. ATC is an active temperature-control unit that uses thermoelectric chips during testing to provide fast temperature response together with precise and efficient temperature control. ATC can be used for mass-production testing and engineering testing, operates across a wide temperature range, and supports sorting machines and I/O interface communications. The ATC design optimizes its control circuit, and WinWay states that it offers longer service life than similar products in the market together with lower maintenance costs. HEATCon Titan is a high-efficiency active temperature-control solution with high-power heating capacity and linear flow control for temperature-control stability. HEATCon includes protective mechanisms for leakage, protection and water-flow interruption notifications and also supports remote operation and independent control for engineering verification and mass-production requirements. E-Flux is an active temperature controller based on a refrigeration-cycle system for precise temperature control during high-power IC testing, mainly for engineering testing. E-Flux supports devices up to 1,500W across a wide temperature range, and its GUI supports RS-232 and Ethernet for remote PC control that reduces on-site temperature-regulation time. The Chiller is a clean-water cooling device for semiconductor and precision-machinery industries with maximum controllable power of 2,000W for the air-cooled version and 7,000W for the water-cooled version. The Chiller controls temperature to ±0.1°C and provides temperature, flow, warning messages and parameter assessment through a tactile human-machine interface. It includes a filter for removing foreign matter from circulating liquid, built-in temperature, pressure, leakage and low-flow sensors, and support for remote control and operation for laboratory and mass-production use. The Change Over Kit is designed for common IC testing sorters, supports IC sizes from 7 x 7mm to 77.5 x 77.5mm, and has a surface antistatic coating with surface resistivity specified at 106~9 ohms. The Plunger can be customized in single-head, double-head or four-head semi-automatic testing designs and uses a pneumatic cylinder to provide greater down force for larger packaged ICs in engineering testing. WinWay's universal Manual Lid solutions support laboratory and engineering batch trial production across different IC sizes and package types, with designs intended to maintain stable contact and meet different preliminary-verification needs. Together, ATC, HEATCon Titan, E-Flux, Chiller, Change Over Kit, Plunger and Manual Lid extend the company's IC test-interface supply from mechanical interface hardware into active thermal-management and test-support functions.
