The semiconductor exhibit portfolio includes Sikama reflow equipment designed for 8-inch and 12-inch wafer eutectic reflow, fluxless reflow and wafer-coating applications, with stable temperature control intended to support consistent and reliable manufacturing processes. It also includes Semtek Cleaner semiconductor fully automated cleaning equipment and Hirata Wafer/Panel Machine transportation equipment systems for major semiconductor manufacturing processes. The HIOKI FA1816 Flying Probe Tester uses newly developed low-impact probes and precision soft-landing control and is stated to deliver 30% faster cycle times for gold plating and fine-pattern testing. For semiconductor packaging, the Minami range covers high-precision printers, ball-placement systems, and solder-ball inspection and rework equipment, while Park AFM provides metrology for precise analysis, advanced process control and product-quality management. The Rorze Wafer Sorter is described as a high-speed, space-saving, low-vibration and low-noise system that can read markings on both sides of a wafer, combine optics and image processing for high recognition rates, and use a dual-arm robot for high-speed alternating transfer at different positions. The same Wafer Sorter can maintain vacuum adsorption during a power outage and can be paired with an RR-734 robot that moves wafers from both sides, removing the need for an X-table.
