Since 1962 SIMACO is designing and producing electric pumps for the semiconductors field especially in the ETCHING & WAFERING process . Our pumps, MD-CX series , magnetic driven type, has been positively tested with most of the fluid involved in the temperature control unit for the production of semiconductors, with a working temperature range that goes from -100°C to +350°C and compatible with the following fluid types: FLUORINERT FC3283 / FLUORINERT FC-770 3M: NOVEC7000 / NOVEC7100/ NOVEC7200 /NOVEC7300 / NOVEC7500 / NOVEC7600 GALDEN PFPE / GALDEN HT DOWTHERM ASAHIKLIN AE3000 / ASAHIKLIN AC 2000 Thanks to the innovative impeller driven system, the motion is transmitted via magnetic joints without using mechanical seals, thus virtually reducing the risk of leakage to zero with a consequent reduction in maintenance costs

In addition to the above we are also experienced with: UL CERFIED MOTORS SPECIAL FEEDING VOLTAGE that suite the necessity of different market and final destination of the semiconductors machines.
