DYNEX CO., LTDはstable conductivityとuniform surface resistanceを備えるantistatic materialsを供給し、semiconductor production equipmentの要求に最適化しています。半導体製造のCMP rings向けにhigh-precision PPSおよびPEEK tubesを提供します。PPS/PEEK tubingはCMP ringに必要なwear resistance、dimensional stability、chemical resistanceを備えます。PEEKはmechanical strength、high chemical and hydrolysis resistance、high steam and radiation resistanceを持ち、continuous service temperatureは約250℃です。PEIはsteam and heat resistanceとdielectric propertiesを持ち、continuous service temperatureは約170℃です。POM-Cはsemi-crystalline thermoplasticで、good frictional propertiesとdimensional stabilityを持ち、high mechanical strength、toughness、good machinabilityも備えます。Cast Nylon（MC Nylon）はextruded PA6より高いmolecular weightとdegree of crystallizationを持ち、high strength、high toughness、high wear resistance、good machinabilityを提供します。Carbon NanoTubes（CNT）をconventional PEEK resinへ複合した材料は、高い性能とexcellent antistatic propertiesを両立します。製品範囲はengineering-plastic stock shapes、半導体装置用antistatic materials、CMP ring用高精度tubing、高温対応PEEK/PEI、加工性を持つPOM-C/MC Nylon、CNT-composite PEEKを一つの材料体系でカバーします。
