DYNEX CO., LTD supplies antistatic materials with stable conductivity and uniform surface resistance for the requirements of semiconductor-production equipment. It offers high-precision PPS and PEEK tubes for CMP rings used in semiconductor fabrication. The PPS and PEEK tubing provides wear resistance, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance required for CMP-ring applications. PEEK provides mechanical strength, chemical and hydrolysis resistance, and resistance to steam and radiation, with a continuous service temperature around 250℃. PEI provides steam and heat resistance together with dielectric properties, with a continuous service temperature around 170℃. POM-C is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with good frictional properties and dimensional stability. POM-C also combines high mechanical strength and toughness with good machinability. Cast Nylon, identified as MC Nylon, has higher molecular weight and a higher degree of crystallization than extruded PA6. MC Nylon provides high strength, high toughness, high wear resistance, and good machinability. For an antistatic high-performance option, Carbon NanoTubes (CNT) are composited into conventional PEEK resin. The CNT-composite PEEK material is described as providing superior performance together with excellent antistatic properties. The exhibit range therefore links engineering-plastic stock shapes with semiconductor-equipment antistatic materials, high-precision CMP-ring tubing, elevated-temperature PEEK and PEI, machinable POM-C and MC Nylon, and CNT-modified PEEK.
