The ionization lineup includes fusION AA Localized Ionizer with Air Assist, Inline fusION Localized Inline Ionizer, Model 4214 In-line Ultra-clean Nitrogen Ionizer and Model 6110/6110 A Air Ionizing Cartridge. Static-control equipment also includes extended-coverage ionizing blowers, point-of-use ionizing blowers and other ionizing equipment for bench, overhead and compressed-air use. Room and equipment ionization products include Model 5710 and 5711 µ Wire Aerobar products, Model 5635 Modulated Pulse AeroBar and related room-system ionization devices. The sealed E-Wafer can be exposed to manufacturing processes for up to about two hours and can be immersed in wet processes, after which data are transferred to a PC for analysis and synchronization with process log files. The AI Imager combines deep-learning AI classification software with laser optical systems to detect and image particles for semiconductor, biomedical, pharmaceutical, energy and environmental-engineering applications. AI Imager features include large-image processing with AI classification, product-certification validation, resolution down to 1 micrometre and automated particle classification including translucent particles and air bubbles. It also provides data visualization and automated graph reports in 15 minutes. The TS Series V diffusion-furnace system is listed for wafer manufacturing, MEMS, power devices, photonics, life science or medtech, IoT, batteries or EV and photovoltaics.
