公司簡介
Asia Air Precision Technology Ltd. 於 1989 年以精密金屬工廠起家，之後建立自有 FFU 品牌，並持續擴充研發與製造能力。公司把精密金屬的實務經驗與空氣過濾的整合知識結合，使 clean-air 與 precision sheet-metal 業務能以共同技術基礎服務高科技及 critical-environment 應用。Asia Air Precision Technology Ltd. 表示在 clean-air application design 與 precision sheet-metal fabrication 方面擁有超過 30 年經驗，也累積數十年的技術諮詢工作，涵蓋節能與生產改善。1989 年歷史起點為 Cone Light Metal Co., Ltd. 成立，當時資本額為 38 million、員工 20 人，初期聚焦精密鈑金與雷射製造。公司表示自身是台灣第一家配備 laser cutting machine 的製造商，並把為 TSMC II project 開發 Axial Fan Type / Clean Room System 記錄為早期無塵室相關里程碑。公司也記錄 M+W Group (Germany) 對產品品質與製造能力的肯定，並表示之後建立長期合作關係。研發設計團隊透過模擬與比較，在製造前先優化生產流程與時間，使工程分析直接連結設計到生產的工作流程。AMCA 210 compliant wind tunnel 用於 airflow、fan performance、thermal resistance 與 flow rate 測試，支援公司自主測試與產品性能改善。受控環境製造方面，Asia Air Precision Technology Ltd. 具備 Class 100 與 Class 1000 cleanroom assembly 設施及 UV inspection room，並表示從組裝到包裝皆維持產品潔淨度。精密鈑金加工在廠內完成，包含 laser cutting、metal forming、surface treatment 與 welding assembly，設備包括 Laser Composite Machines、Fully Automated Tool Exchange Folding Machines、Fiber Laser Welding Arms，以及 cleanroom 使用的 Rail-Type Welding。
