The RAS-1100C dual-chamber sputter deposition system uses the company's independently developed RAS method, Radical Assisted Sputtering, and is presented as a compact candidate machine for forming optical and functional films. With the RAS process, the system is described as producing wavelength-stable, high-quality optical thin films at low temperature with good reproducibility, while also supporting functional films including decorative films and nitride films. SHINCRON's MIC1350 series, including MIC-1350-DSN-L, is a high-precision ion-assisted optical coating system that can be used for AR anti-reflection coatings, DBR Bragg reflectors, and ODR omnidirectional reflectors. The PICOSUN reactor design supports deposition on wafers from 2 inches to 18 inches, or 50 millimeters to 450 millimeters, as well as on three-dimensional objects and porous substrates. Its reactor chamber uses corrosion-resistant process materials, and the system can be upgraded with different precursor arrangements, different reactor-chamber sizes, manual or automated substrate loading, and ozone, nitrogen, or plasma generators. The WOP FemtoGLASS Laser Dicing Machine uses a femtosecond laser and laser-cutting technology to create very small thermal effects, substantially reducing sidewall stress and cracking in hard-brittle materials and micro-optical components. FemtoGLASS can cut circular, non-circular, and rectangular shapes, and the described cutting results include high verticality of the cut surface and a very fine surface roughness. The product list also includes KIT Filter Inspection 5u high-reflectivity Dicing AOI for inspection associated with dicing applications. NITTOKU's RFID reader iTS-LRW210 integrates RS-232C, RS-485, and Ethernet, uses a dual-processor configuration with a communications-dedicated CPU for SECS communication, and includes SECS communication functionality over Ethernet.
