The IE5 ultra-high-efficiency permanent-magnet motor is designed using ANSYS software and is described with miniaturization, low temperature rise, fanless operation, low noise, fast response, effective upward and downward frequency adjustment, IP66 protection, and F CLASS insulation. Fluid-mechanics analysis software is used to optimize the overall efficiency of the canned pump, which is integrated with the patented structure of a permanent-magnet synchronous variable-frequency motor. For leakage protection, an outer leakage-protection cover and leak sensor provide signal-output control so that abnormal damage to the inner wetted back cover can trigger immediate active warning and leakage-protection action. The motor enclosure uses V0-grade high-temperature-resistant and fire-resistant material to protect the permanent-magnet synchronous variable-frequency motor from corrosion caused by external acid and alkaline gases or dripping chemical liquids. The motor frame and anti-corrosion enclosure use UL-94V0 fire-grade engineering plastics and a heat-dissipation channel designed to export motor heat rapidly. The VPM permanent-magnet variable-frequency pump requires an IPM/SPM-specific frequency converter capable of driving a permanent-magnet motor, matched to local voltage products and specifications and configured with the relevant motor parameters provided by the company. The VPM product was developed in response to the Kyoto Protocol and global carbon-reduction efforts as an energy-saving, low-energy-consumption, ultra-high-efficiency permanent-magnet synchronous variable-frequency motor and canned-pump system.
