For heater development, ZHI HUI CO., LTD. uses computer-based 3D graphic design together with the Ansys® software suite to build thermal and structural models and provides heating application solutions for semiconductor and LCD industries. The Bubbler TEC System is a customized product designed to cool and stabilize the temperature of process chemicals in a quartz bottle, including DCE and POCl3, and integrates TEC thermoelectric-cooling modules, a PID controller, safety and communication functions, and high-precision temperature management. Its features include temperature-control precision below 0.5°C, a Japan-made TEC controller, dual NTC sensors for control and monitoring, preset and PID modes, Modbus RTU communication with PLC/PC, a color LCD with LED liquid-level indication, and safety interlock control with self-diagnostics. Applications include cooling and constant-temperature control of semiconductor process chemicals such as DCE and POCl3, temperature-control supply systems for precision chemical equipment, and stable vapor-source supply for processes such as thin-film deposition and etching.
