Company profile

WINIFRED INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED TAIWAN BRANCH belongs to a group that started business in Hong Kong in 1982 and expanded its activities into mainland China in the late 1980s. The group developed as a total-solutions provider for monitoring and addressing micro-contamination-control threats in modern manufacturing technologies. It states that it has become a partner to leading electronics and pharmaceutical manufacturers in China through its service operations. Over the past decades, the group built an import-oriented logistics network comprising 4 warehouse hubs and 19 service centres in 19 major cities. This network is used to bring goods into China, distribute them nationally and support delivery to virtually all major cities, including just-in-time delivery and advanced inventory and supply-chain management. Service teams provide on-site audits and testing, professional advice, training, environmental-control design and installation. Acting for foreign suppliers, the teams also conduct equipment calibration, routine maintenance on sold products and repair work. The group's stated service objective is to work closely with customers on production-process control by combining products, services and professional advice.

Exhibits

The product range covers micron-scale particle detection with Kanomax air particle counters, Kanomax anemometers, Kanomax cleanroom monitoring systems, Kanomax airborne-bacteria samplers and Nordson wireless particle detectors. Electrostatic-control products include HANWA electrostatic measurement instruments, EM Eye electrostatic-discharge measurement instruments, surface-resistance testers, electrostatic-protection audit instruments and antistatic rubber table and floor mats. Process-equipment parameter monitoring includes thin vibration testers, ultra-thin vibration measurement instruments and Kanomax compact vibration meters. For nanoscale particle work, the listed range includes KFMT instruments for nanoparticle measurement in UPW and chemicals, handheld gas nanoparticle detection and collection devices, gas nanoparticle detectors and gas nanoparticle size spectrometers. The portfolio also includes chemical-liquid and gas leak detection, leak tape and protective sleeves, clean-environment tape and labels, clean bags, and TEL&DNS equipment maintenance services. KANOMAX model 6501 series is presented as a high-specification portable anemometer series calibrated across a low-speed range of 0.05~3m/s and a high-speed range of 3~50m/s with 2% measurement accuracy. The 6501-BG/6501-CG main units can simultaneously test air speed, temperature, humidity and pressure. The main unit can store up to 20,000 data points, and users can select among 8 optional probes according to measurement requirements. Cleanroom applications include advanced air-conditioning control required by pharmaceutical, medical, food and electronic-component cleanrooms. The anemometer can also be used to inspect and control air speed in production equipment and production processes, and for product development checks of cooling-fan airflow, speed and blower performance. Air-conditioning and refrigeration operation management includes adjustment and inspection work such as airflow measurement in air-conditioning ducts. Building applications include wind-speed and ventilation-airflow measurement, as well as airflow measurement for range hoods and ventilation fans and low-air-speed measurement for circulators, fans and other energy-saving appliances. For biological safety cabinets, the instrument can be used to test outlet air speed, inlet air speed and the average exhaust-air volume across the front face. For pneumatic conveying equipment used with food and packaging materials, it measures jetted-air volume so the direction and amount of air can be adjusted to the item being transported. Related listed instruments include Kanomax 6700VG handheld Pitot-tube anemometer, KANOMAX 3888 and 3889-01 handheld particle counters, APS3 wireless particle detector and KANOMAX 3950 0.1um compact particle counter. Other related models include KANOMAX 3905, 3910 and 3920 high-flow particle counters, model 1590 multi-point anemometer, model 6333 air-velocity transducer and the KANOMAX Cleanroom Monitoring System (CRMS).
