To match plant conditions, USUN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD uses multiple customized forms of AMR collaborative operation for intelligent transport of special materials and precise adaptation. Its automated warehousing system consists of high-rise racks, storage and retrieval machines, multiple types of forklifts, inbound and outbound systems, unmanned transport vehicles, control systems, and peripheral equipment. The warehousing system continuously checks expired products or locates inventory to prevent bad inventory and improve management, makes full use of storage space, enables computer-linked control of equipment, handles items quickly and accurately, and supports inventory management and data processing. Applications include distribution centers, picking centers, mail-order systems, pharmaceutical systems, apparel systems, beverage and food systems, refrigerated and frozen systems, and chemical-industry systems. USUN integrates central-control and on-vehicle systems so the central system can monitor vehicle status, manage multi-vehicle collaboration, customize required information, and report that information to the system. Additional smart-factory integration includes a glulam four-side pressing system, automated CNC material replenishment for metal processing, an automated yarn-tail cutting system, G5~G10.5 glass handling and transport in high-cleanliness environments, and full-factory automation integration for glass-fiber yarn and glass-fiber fabric. AF01 Forklift uses LASER+SLAM navigation, ±10mm positioning accuracy, 360-degree obstacle-avoidance Sensor coverage, and Wifi communication; AS Swing arm integrates AGVC and WCS, handles coil products up to 3 tons, uses LASER+SLAM or magnetic-strip navigation with ±10mm positioning, has a 1200mm swing-arm radius, and reaches 45m/min forward speed and 0-10m/min lateral speed. AR01 and AR01+ roller-type collaboration cars use LASER+SLAM navigation with ±10mm positioning, up to MAX35M/min travel and 10M/min conveyor speed, a 120-kilogram-class industrial robot, and conductor-rail power; AR02 and AR02+ chain-type cars use automated pallet exchange, travel at 0~35m/min, convey at 10m/min, provide a 250mm conveyor lift stroke, and carry 350kg on the upper layer and 50kg on the lower layer. AR03 and AR03+ intelligent supply systems combine SLAM autonomous navigation with CCD 3D vision for automatic alignment, reach 0~60m/min, use a 20KG collaborative robot, and exchange and transfer products to processing machines; AR04 uses LASER+SLAM navigation, ±10 millimeter positioning, 0~35m/min travel, 10m/min conveying, a 120KG industrial robot, and an upper turntable load of 400kg.
