Uangyih-Tech Industrial Co., Ltd.は、「積極、進取、革新、競争」を経営理念とし、顧客へのサービスと競争力の継続的向上を中核に据えています。 同社は配管材料の販売代理店から、エンジニアリングシステム統合企業および大気汚染排出システムのサプライヤーへ転換し、電子産業の主要顧客を支え、台湾での製造を基盤に世界市場を目指すビジョンを掲げています。 経営理念では製品、品質、充実したサービス、Total Solutionを重視し、創業期の海外特殊材料・技術導入から、より全面的、多元的、専門的なエンジニアリング能力へ発展してきたとしています。 Uangyih-Tech Industrial Co., Ltd.は1993年に最初の関係会社Uangmen-Tech Industrial Co., Ltd.を設立し、2001年に中国でUangyih Clean Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.を設立、2006年の合併でUangyih-Tech Industrial Co., Ltd.となりました。 同社は台湾の専門技術エンジニアリング会社として発展し、製品と技術を台湾から世界市場へ展開する方針を示しています。 沿革は1977年のUangyih Industrial Co., Ltd.設立に始まり、1984年に+GF+ Georg Fischer Switzerlandと販売契約を締結して台湾の独占代理店となり、1988年にはChrist Ltd. AG in Switzerlandと協力関係を開始しました。 1989年にはTSMC Fab Ⅱに最初のChrist DI Water plantを設置し、1992年にTWI、The Welding Institue of Britainの会員資格を取得しました。 1993年にHuKouへ第2倉庫センター、1996年にHsinchuのHuKouへclean roomを設け、1998年にFAB-TECH INC., USAと技術移転契約を締結し、アジア最大のPSP、PermaShield Pipe、製造生産センターとなったとしています。 2001年にはFM approved PSP ducts manufacture certificationを取得し、Puerstinger Austria/Germanyの台湾独占代理店となり、2003年にはTainan PSP plantがISO 9001:2000認証を取得しました。 2006年の合併後にHsinchuでZhunan plantを設立し、2007年にはTaichungのHouliにオフィスビルを設けています。 その後、2013年に日本支店、2017年にChuzhou Uangyih Process System Co., Ltd.、2019年にChuzhou Uangyih System Integration Co., Ltd.を設立し、2020年にはTainan工場の第3期拡張と自動生産設備の導入を行いました。 同じ沿革では2021年の従業員総数を430名としています。
