The pneumatic-conveying technology combines an air-bearing blower with an air compressor to address the energy consumption and labor-intensive control of conventional pneumatic conveying, providing energy-saving and labor-cost benefits. Its ecoAVT patented pressure-control technology received the 31st SME Innovation Research Award. The Turbowin WH Series air-bearing compressor covers 50 to 800 HP and 1.5 to 9 bar and uses Internet of Things and artificial intelligence systems to create a safer and more convenient working environment. The WH Series uses a dedicated dual-cooling system in which the inverter and motor are air-cooled without an additional cooling fan, while compressors above 4 bar are equipped with internal and after-cooling systems. Turbowin states that its air-bearing compressor uses multi-stage boosting technology with coaxial direct-coupled dual impellers, allowing the same pressure at a lower rotational speed for energy savings.
