Exhibits

Its liquid-leak sensors detect leaks of water, pure water, and chemicals under equipment, piping, and production facilities, helping prevent large liquid releases while supporting safety, liquid savings, and reduced cleaning work. The leak-sensor lineup offers choices based on standards such as UL and CE, intrinsically safe explosion-proof certification, budget, and target liquid, and includes products described as UL, CE, S Mark, and EMC Directive compliant with IP67-equivalent waterproof specifications. The LPP Series uses a PP body and a 3-core cable with a 1.5 m PVC sheath, Φ3.8 outer diameter, and AWG26 conductors, with a thin compact optical design for immediate detection. The LUP Series uses a PP body and PVC cable, is ultra-compact at φ24 mm, includes a built-in 50 mA amplifier, offers a PNP-output specification, and is positioned as a low-cost model. The KP Series uses a P.P body and PVC cable, offers explosion-proof versions, and can include an interlock function. The TFP-T Series uses a PFA body, ETFE nut, and FEP cable for high chemical resistance, and its 10 mm ultra-thin side-cable design allows installation in narrow spaces. The TFP-F Series can be installed in explosion-proof areas, uses PFA for the body and fiber-protection tube with an ETFE nut, provides high chemical resistance, and is used with dedicated FD-Series amplifiers; the FD-2012-SR355 and FD-2017 amplifiers are installed in non-explosion-proof areas and can mount on DIN rails. A screw-in leak sensor for pump-internal leak detection uses a built-in amplifier, an M10 threaded section, and an all-Teflon® construction, while LS-15, LS-25, and LS-35 dedicated amplifiers can centrally manage multiple leak sensors with their listed A-contact, B-contact, and relay-output capacities. Its weight sensors and load cells use strain-gauge measurement and are used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, chemical-liquid management, and inventory management; weight sensors can be delivered after calibration with an amplifier so no adjustment is required before use. The weight-sensor lineup includes the Arduino-board WLTS IoT sensor, the LTS Series with 0.02% accuracy and optional FEP cable and mechanical stopper, customizable low-profile TTS sensors, USB-connected sensors with data-acquisition software, low-profile STS sensors for bottle, tank, and cylinder remaining-quantity management, the TRC 4 to 20 mA level sensor, and the sloped TGB sensor for measuring tilted tanks and using expensive liquids fully. Pressure-sensor options include SUS and all-Teflon® wetted materials, screw-in and tube-insertion types, amplifier-integrated or sensor-only configurations, and the ZZR, ZZ, ZTA, ZZA, ZZB, ZFB, and ZRB Series; the ZZ Series covers 1 to 50 MPa, while ZTA and ZZA are designed for chemical resistance. Its load-cell lineup includes L, SB, B, and PS Series for applications including platform scales, industrial and household scales, elevators, construction-material scales, hopper scales, hanging scales, filling scales, conveyor systems, tank scales, and truck scales, with SB models measuring both compression and tension. For liquid-level management, the AZT-F pencil-type leak and level sensor has a φ6 all-Teflon® optical design with a built-in amplifier, requires no light-level adjustment, can be specified in different sensor lengths, and fits narrow equipment spaces; the TRC Series provides 4 to 20 mA current output for level management. Its explosion-proof series is certified by TIIS for intrinsic safety and is described as compliant with Japan's Fire Service Act; KP-5 and KP-8 provide Ex ia ⅡBT4 Ga water and oil leak detection, KP-3 and KP-4 provide Ex ia ⅡBT2 Ga leak detection, and EGA weight sensors support weight measurement in explosion-proof areas with an intrinsically safe set available with a Zener barrier, amplifier, and extension cable. Display and amplifier products accept pressure- and weight-sensor outputs for display, control, and output, can be matched and calibrated with sensors before shipment, and include MX-33 with 1/30000 resolution plus selectable CC-Link, RS-232C, 485, and analog output, MX-11 with 1/500 or 1/2000 resolution, MX-78 with 1/500 resolution, and the display-free AA-01. Measurement instruments also include an illuminance meter for quantifying brightness and a spectrophotometer that measures absorbance at a wavelength by generating monochromatic light, irradiating a sample, and measuring transmitted light. The head office and factory are listed as ISO9001:2015 certified.
