For air filtration, Taiwan Nitta Filter Co., Ltd. uses its air-filter technology to create ultra-clean spaces required by advanced electronics and biotechnology industries, with strict quality control from materials research through production. Its industrial-belt line targets increasingly fast, diverse and precise equipment needs through development of high-function and high-value-added belts. Its tubes and fittings support hydraulic and pneumatic power transmission and fluid-transfer processes across industries, with products intended to improve productivity and operating convenience. The temperature-controlled adhesive and release tape uses a special POLYMER material whose adhesive or non-adhesive state changes with temperature, can be reused depending on operating conditions, and is presented as a way to simplify work, reduce labor, save energy and lower cost. The product range also includes industrial wiper blades developed for higher-performance and higher-function industrial machinery. Its sonic belt-tension meter senses the acoustic wave, or natural frequency, generated by a belt through a microphone and uses that signal to measure belt tension accurately. For delicate irregular workpieces that are easy to damage or crush, NITTA SOFTmatics™ flexible grippers can replace manual handling by gently wrapping, gripping and pinching the workpiece.
