TFI manufactures its nets using the highest grade polyester in a knotless design that ensures the tightest fit for your precious cargo. All nets are manufactured with a built-in overdesign factor to take into account the natural deterioration of materials over time. Our NME nets can fit both PAG and PMC pallets. Height can be customized according to need. Airline logo placards, Do Not Cut Tag, colored webbing, colored lashing lines, customized lashing line length, ODLN Tag. TFI NLA nets are designed for the PLA and FLA pallet. Common heights include 64”, 80” and 88”. Our fittings are strictly manufactured according to ISO and SAE specifications and 100% inspection ensures that each fitting exactly meets our stringent requirements. This net is designed for the PEB pallet. Some commonly required heights are 96 inches and 118 inches. All our nets are equipped with coated carbon steel hooks and optional warning “do not cut” tags on the sides that are permanently fixed to pallets. The NKC net is designed for the PKC pallet and comes in various heights up to 2,032 mm. Among the above pictures is the Operational Damage Limits Notice (ODLN) that TFI affixes to its nets. This notice can be used by operators for a quick check to assess whether a net is in airworthy condition as per IATA recommendations. Used on heavy duty 16 foot pallets, TFI NRA nets generally come in two heights: 2,438 mm or 2,997 mm. Two handling placards are provided with every TFI net as a standard and can be designed according to customer need. They often feature customer’s logo and/or net specifications for quick and easy identification.
