Company profile
Taichi Metal Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2017 and is mainly dedicated to liquid alloy design, materials applications, and the R&D of related process equipment and technologies. Taichi Metal has built an international patent portfolio for liquid alloy applications. Its two liquid alloys already in mass production (TC-1 and TC-2) offer outstanding material, mechanical, and chemical properties, together with stable quality and reasonable cost. They are currently used mainly for sputtering alloy targets, enhancement of material properties, rust-prevention and corrosion-resistance treatment, extending the life of molds and workpieces, lowering process costs, and reducing process pollution emissions, among other applications. In addition, Taichi Metal has invested in development across a variety of applications and advanced processes, including high-strength lightweight structural materials, wafer and PCB dicing, wafer reclaim, part reclaim, surface film removal, and special microstructured building materials, and has obtained invention patents in multiple countries. By leveraging the property advantages of liquid alloys, Taichi Metal can provide customized total solutions, technology upgrades, and transformation that meet industry needs, helping enterprises strengthen their competitiveness.
