VMB/VMP units can be customized to customer requirements and budgets, are designed to semiconductor requirements for safety and cleanliness, and are listed for G-grade, P-grade, and special process gases. Related VMB/VMP verification capabilities include helium leak testing, 24-hour pressure-hold testing, water and oxygen analysis, and particle analysis, with welding, assembly, and testing handled as part of the system work. DAJA also manufactures customized Special Chemical Storage Tanks, or SCST, with valve selection, external dimensions, and piping direction adjustable to customer requirements and with semiconductor-oriented safety and cleanliness design. SCST product-contact surfaces receive EP electro-polishing to surface roughness below Ra 0.13μm, and the super-clean process lists moisture below 10 ppb, oxygen below 10ppb, oil residue below 0.01mg/ft2, and a particulate level of 0.1μm below 1pcs/scft. SCST welding is performed in a controlled cleanroom environment without internal weld oxidation, the tank helium leakage rate is listed below 1x10-9atm•cc /sec, and the pressure test is performed at 1.5 times working pressure. The SCST is intended for distributing hazardous production material to multiple use points and is described for semiconductor manufacturing, special electronic manufacturing processes, optoelectronic materials and components, solar-cell manufacturing, and related equipment manufacturing.
