Since its founding in 1988 (Showa 63), T&C Technical Co., Ltd. has, for more than a quarter of a century, engaged in the sale of water-quality measuring instruments and in the service work that guarantees their quality. In its early days, the company focused on the quality of water (ultrapure water) that is indispensable to semiconductor manufacturing—one of the fields that supported its growth—and was the first in Japan to establish a method of visiting customers' sites to perform maintenance and calibration on-site in order to guarantee that quality. Since then, the company has developed its water-quality instrument service business both domestically and internationally across a wide range of areas, including validation work compliant with the Japanese Pharmacopoeia and the U.S. Pharmacopeia aimed at guaranteeing the quality of water used in pharmaceutical manufacturing. In the sale of water-quality measuring instruments, the company also undertook the development of Total Organic Carbon analyzers (TOC meters), an important indicator for guaranteeing water quality; today, customers across various industries—including electronics, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages—use the company's TOC meters. In recent years, in addition to the sale and service of water-quality measuring instruments that are the company's specialty, it has drawn on the technical know-how cultivated over the years and, under the motto "gentle to people," has worked on developing software for water-quality measuring instruments, hoping to contribute to labor savings and cost reduction in customers' equipment operations. Going forward, the company will continue to hold ISO9001 certification, seek to maintain and improve more advanced product development and calibration technology, and strive to provide greater peace of mind through maintenance and calibration services for the products customers have purchased. With its basic policy of "aiming to be a trusted group of engineers and contributing to the international community" as its foundation, the company intends, together with the development of new technologies, to provide more reliable services in order to meet customers' wishes and requirements. In accordance with the above policy, T&C Technical Co., Ltd. conforms to the requirements and continually improves the effectiveness of its quality management system. The organization was changed from a limited company to a joint-stock company, and capital was increased from 6 million yen to 20 million yen.
