SB-101 30 pcs. Flip Cooler 適用需要冷卻、停留、累積、翻面或檢查的 PCB 製程；板件由 fiber、PE 或 teflon 支撐桿承托，jam sensor 用於避免損傷或翹曲，透明外罩提升操作安全並防塵，另可選配 cooling fans。SB-300 Double Conveyor Flipper 用於 belt sanding 等需要翻轉剛性板的製程，以最小空間完成翻轉，透過 variable-frequency drive 控制定位速度、降低慣性並提高穩定性，專用 sensor 可偵測卡料，並可選配 acceleration conveyor 提升 throughput。SB-308A Flip Machine 在製程間旋轉剛性 panel，利用 special sensors 與 positioning equipment 避免卡料，其 conveyor belts 可承受最高 80°C 與連續運轉且不刮傷 panel 表面，操作員可選 pass-through 或 flipping 並調整速度。SB-503 Buffer Machine 在 PCB 製程間提供緩衝，容量為 20 pcs.，利用 mechanical detector 避免上料時損傷板件，並可與前後製程 interlock。SC-101 Positioning Machine 可將 rigid panels 向左、向右或保持 conveyor 中央以改變對位；移動時抬起 panel 避免刮傷，alignment fingers 提供兩種移動速度以降低翹曲，並可選配 touch panel 預設移動順序。SLR/SUR-246 Automatic Loader / Unloader 用於無 soldermask 製程的 PCB 上下料，可配合不同預設角度的 carrier 或 box，gripper 以快速精準方式取放 panel，額外 sensors 可降低對位時翹曲，12 個 suction cups 可逐一或逐列調整。SLR/SUR-246P 增加 boxes 或 cassettes 於不同預設角度及 interleaf 的處理，內建 interleaf sheet buffer，並保留 gripper、alignment sensors 與 12 suction cups 功能。ST-103 4-way Panel Diverter 以 high-accuracy encoder 在不同製程間分流 rigid boards，包含 double-panel loading failure 偵測，並可由操作員選擇向左、向右分流或直通。ST-201 Panel Rotator 可在製程間旋轉 rigid boards，支援順時針或逆時針 90 或 180°，以機械方式抬起並轉動 panel，aluminum rotation plate 支撐整片 panel 以避免翹曲或意外損傷。SLR/SUR-628C 6-axis Handler Robot 用於 individual trays 的 panel 上下料，採 frame-mounted arm、CCD optical centering 與 FANUC 6-axis robot。SLR-608 Loader/Unloader for AOI/DI processes 以 3-axis 與 6-axis robots 配合，完成雙面製程的上料、翻面與下料，使用 FANUC 6-axis robot 與 SAA 設計的 3-axis robot，並可處理 interleaf。SUR-128 Double tray / magazine unloader 可將 panel 卸載到 tray 或 L-rack，採 frame-mounted arm 與 FANUC 6-axis robot 進行快速精準定位，並可選配 interleaf 處理。Flexible Board roll-to-roll 方面，SLF/SUF-200A 可處理單卷或雙卷 250mm rolls，或單卷 500mm rolls 的 wet process，將材料連續捲入製程設備，第一卷用盡前可由第二卷接替，並可持續運轉直到 production cycle 結束。SLF/SUF-230 DES wet process 支援單卷 500mm 或 250mm 寬材料的 continuous roll-to-roll production，可在製程前自動移除 protection foil、製程後重新 laminate 新 foil，並以 buffer system 與 integrated manual connection table 進行 foil 連接。SLF/SUF-300D/300E 可處理 single 250mm 或 double 500 mm width material 的 wet-process continuous roll-to-roll operation，支援 lamination 同時進行 reeling 與 unreeling，並可在材料用盡前進行切割與接合。SLF/SUF-233 同樣處理 single 250mm 或 double 500mm material 的 wet-process continuous operation，具 protection-foil 自動移除、重新貼合與 continuous production buffer，foil 連接則在 integrated table 手動完成。SLF/SUF-310A 為 AOI 用 roll-to-roll handling system，處理 single 250mm 或 500mm material rolls，具有 sequential roller transport、receiving rollers、protection-foil 自動移除與重新貼合，以及 integrated manual foil-connection table。SLF/SUF-350C 處理 single 250mm 或 double 500mm VRS material 的 continuous roll-to-roll operation，也具有 protection-foil 自動移除、重新貼合與 continuous production 用 buffer。SVF-200/200A 支援 YAMAHA FC602L2/S2 sheet process，以同一 transversal axis 上的兩個 grippers 同步上下料並縮短 panel exchange time，panel stack 則需手動上下載。TFT substrate 方面，FP-100、FP-101 與 FP-106 Dense Packer Systems 將 substrate 裝入或取出 transport boxes，FL/FU-100 負責 substrate 進出 manufacturing line，FP-200 Cell CF 則將 substrate 裝入或取出 transport cassettes。FV-102 Loader/Unloader 可從不同角度目視檢查 TFT substrate，以找出 defects 與 scratches；FLS-100 Laser short ring cut 則以自動化 laser system 切斷 TFT substrate 上的 electrical circuits。Wafer Carrier Stocker 提供 standard 與 ZIP stocker，用於 cleanroom 內儲存 300mm FOUP、200mm SMIF Pods 等 carriers；standard stocker 高度可達 6 meters，ZIP stocker 採 compact movable design，可在廠區 layout 變更時移動。這些 wafer-carrier stockers 支援 manual PGV、OHT、Sorter ports 等介面，可選配 gas purge，並列有 SEMI 與 NREL certification 及 seismic analysis。Reticle Carrier Stocker 同樣提供 standard／ZIP stocker，用於 lithography area 儲存 carriers、reticle pod、reticle box 與 EUV pod，標準機最高 6 meters、ZIP 機可移動，支援 PGV／OHT、選配 gas purge，並列有 SEMI、NREL certification 與 seismic analysis。Backend Carrier Stocker 用於 IC backend packaging and testing，儲存 Tray Cassettes 與 Magazines，同樣提供最高 6 meters 的 standard stocker、compact movable ZIP design、PGV／OHT compatibility、optional gas purge，以及 SEMI、NREL certification 與 seismic analysis。Montrac® RGV 透過 light compact monorail 與 self-propelled shuttles 連接不同 processing stations；迅得機械股份有限公司是 montrac® system 的 authorized integrator，系統以小 curve radii 與 track switches 節省空間，shuttles 透過 infrared 溝通並以 integrated Smart Technology 即時調整 routing。AGV L1200S 可搬運最高 1.2 tons 負載，並可在人員與 industrial trucks 共同活動的環境運作，使用兩個 laser scanners 與其他 sensors
