SHI offers dozens of cryopump and cold-trap models for semiconductor, thin-film-deposition and vacuum-furnace applications, providing multiple capacities and configurations for different vacuum and cryogenic requirements. Marathon® CP Series Cryopumps are designed for high-vacuum processes, while SICERA® Cryopumps include energy-saving features aimed at semiconductor-related manufacturing. SIGNET® Cryopumps use a double-inverter system and heater-less design for sputtering and evaporation systems. Closed-loop Helium Compressors can operate as standalone products or as part of systems and deliver high-pressure, oil-free helium for both small and large-scale applications. The cryocooler range includes Two-Stage Gifford-McMahon, Single-Stage Gifford-McMahon and Pulse Tube types, and the broader portfolio also includes cryopumps, cold traps and helium compressors. Compressor configurations include water-cooled, air-cooled and hybrid models, and the accessory range includes replacement-parts kits, tool kits, cables, and flexible and Superflex gas lines. In addition to standard configurations, SHI offers customization options for cryocooler designs to address customer-specific requirements. Service offerings cover service, support, parts and training through the global service-center network, with factory-trained technicians using genuine OEM parts. For semiconductor users, service options for SICERA Cryopumps and Cold Traps are intended to minimize disruption to wafer manufacturing processes. Semiconductor, thin-film-deposition and vacuum-furnace applications use SHI Cryopumps and selected Cryocoolers, connecting the cryogenic equipment portfolio directly with vacuum process environments. Medical applications use SHI coldheads, compressors, Cryocoolers and Cryopumps in MRI, Pre-Clinical MRI, Proton or Particle Therapy and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) systems. Research applications span superconducting magnets, ultra-low-temperature systems, high-temperature superconductivity, accelerators, liquefiers and laboratory cryostats, with flexible service options for researchers using Cryocoolers and Marathon CP® Cryopumps. The product portfolio is also described as serving medical, semiconductor, flat-panel, general-coating and scientific-research markets with a wide range of models and capacities. A recent product addition is the RP-222B3S, SHI's highest-capacity 4K Pulse Tube Cryocooler and an expansion of its low-vibration cryogenic-solutions portfolio.
