For the properties of different types of gases—such as inert gases, flammable and explosive gases, and toxic/corrosive gases—fully enclosed or open cabinets are used. The cabinets are designed for high safety, with materials selected according to the gas properties. Basic functions include automatic switching, automatic purging, emergency shutoff, leak detection, and supply-pressure monitoring. PLC control enables uninterrupted gas supply and real-time data transmission to meet the diverse needs of industries such as SEMI, LED, TFT, and SUN SOLAR. The entire product series has passed the semiconductor industry's SEMI-S2 safety certification. The chemical recovery and reuse system is the first in the country to provide on-site raw-material recovery and reuse technology for enterprises in the integrated-circuit and semiconductor industries. R&D and analysis are mainly conducted in two cleanrooms, CLASS100 and CLASS10000: CLASS100 is mainly used for trace-metal testing, while CLASS10000 is used for routine inspections such as concentration, moisture, anions/cations, and metal ions. Test equipment mainly includes ICP-MS, GC, IC, UV, coulometric (volumetric) moisture analyzers, automatic titrators, density meters, refractometers, and multi-parameter meters. The solvent recovery and reuse system is an energy-saving, emission-reducing resource-reuse system processed on the customer's premises, significantly reducing waste-liquid treatment costs and new-liquid procurement. Wastewater treatment system: YD has extensive experience and diverse technologies in wastewater treatment, capable of treating various wastewater such as semiconductor-fab wastewater, machining wastewater, food and beverage wastewater, and general domestic wastewater, and recovering treated water for reuse after removing organics, heavy metals, and salts. Pure-water and ultra-pure-water systems: providing process pure-water and ultra-pure-water systems for integrated-circuit manufacturing, semiconductor materials, ultra-pure chemical-reagent water, and electronics plants. The systems cover Power, Process Cooling Water, UPW/WWT, Process Vacuum, High Vacuum, Exhaust, Bulk Gas, Special Gas, Chemical, and Foundation. Bulk gases mainly include N2, O2, H2, Ar, and He, supplied via on-site gas generation or gas-station configuration and pipeline networks. Single-component dilution and multi-component mixing systems for Slurry, DHF, TMAH, DKOH, SC-1, SC-2, SPM, etc., rely on mass flow meters, titrators, and concentration meters to verify mixing results.
