The 360 AI inspection solution uses patented multi-lens real-time stitching to deliver a blind-spot-free immersive 360-degree field of view, combined with edge computing AI functions: it can run electronic fencing in real time to detect personnel entering dangerous areas, and ensures compliance through crowd detection, people-flow tracking, dynamic zone headcount monitoring and personal protective equipment (PPE) checks. The embedded ARM design achieves nanometre-level precision through high-speed FPGA computing, supports multi-layer comparison and feature matching, and is applied to semiconductor and high-end PCB exposure equipment.
