PEER® Tool Orchestrator (PTO®) is a multiplatform, SEMI Standards-compliant automation and control solution used by OEMs to automate semiconductor equipment. PTO combines a fully customizable and extensible framework with a GUI-based tool designer to simplify tool design, accelerate integration into semiconductor manufacturing environments and lower costs. The platform supports Windows and Linux, containerization and a flexible architecture using Microsoft.NET, allowing it to fit different tools while retaining a common framework and standardized components. EIB® OEM provides a SEMI Standards-compliant equipment control interface for communications and operations using either GEM or 300mm services, with capabilities that can include SEMI Equipment Performance Tracking (EPT). Its data-management functions can collect and contextualize both real-time and historical data from equipment control software (ECS), PLCs and sensors. High-volume collection and management options let users search and analyze equipment data and extract insights intended to improve overall tool throughput and performance. PEER FACTORY® Station Controller (PFSCTM) is a SEMI® Standards-compliant software platform for building station controllers that integrate factory systems with equipment on the production floor. PFSCTM combines automation, connectivity, data collection and visualization so new equipment can be integrated into production more rapidly while supporting improved operational efficiency.
