Its surface-structuring capabilities include precise 2D patterning and complex 2.5D features using grayscale lithography for applications including photomask manufacturing, MEMS, micro-optics, packaging and sensors. Heidelberg Instruments reports more than 1,500 systems installed in 50+ countries and supports research institutions and industrial facilities through a global subsidiary network. Nanoscribe develops and produces 3D printers, grayscale lithography systems, specially developed printing materials and application-specific solutions for nano-, micro- and mesoscale microfabrication. Founded in 2007 as a spin-off of Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Nanoscribe reports more than 5,500 users and operators at universities and companies worldwide using its 3D micro- and nanofabrication technologies. GenISys develops software for micro- and nano-fabrication process optimization, with solutions for data modeling, lithography processes and metrology in semiconductor and MEMS industries, together with customer support for global users.
