The PTCXPUMP electronic-grade Ultra High Purity Pneumatic Pump uses compressed air as its power source and moves fluid through reciprocating diaphragm motion; it is also referred to as a pneumatic pump, air-pressure pump or AODD. Designed for high-purity chemical-fluid transfer, the pump uses PTFE material and CNC precision machining, has no metal contact surfaces or sealing structure, and has no external metal parts to avoid metal-ion or other impurity contamination of the process fluid. The pump is described as corrosion resistant, dry-run capable and self-priming with quiet operation, and uses a motor-free, rotation-free and shaft-seal-free integrated pneumatic structure with stepless speed control by adjusting air flow. Its maximum operating temperature is stated as 100°C to 120°C and its maximum flow range as 0.9 to 36m³/H. An annular fastening structure is used to improve pump safety, while a dual-bellows design alternates suction and discharge to maintain continuous and stable transfer and minimize pulsation; an integrated silencer supports low-noise operation. PTCXPUMP electronic-grade pneumatic diaphragm pumps are recommended for high-end manufacturing and precision processes across semiconductor and PCB, solar-panel, biotech and pharmaceutical, specialty-chemical, electroplating and surface-treatment industries. In semiconductor and PCB wet-process equipment, the pump transfers and continuously circulates highly corrosive etchants, developers, electroplating solutions and cleaning chemicals; in TFT-LCD and OLED processes, its all-PTFE construction supports transfer of acids, alkalis and ultrapure water without metal contamination. For biotech and pharmaceutical use, it transfers pharmaceutical water, process chemicals and high-purity raw materials and is suited to CIP and SIP cleaning and sterilization systems; for specialty chemicals and surface treatment, it supports corrosive and high-purity fluids, air-flow-based metering control, plating and pickling liquids, and particle-containing fluids. The PTCXPUMP Magnetic Levitation Pump uses an integrated magnetic-levitation design without a drive shaft or mechanical shaft seal for contact-free operation. The PTCXPUMP AI Server Center & Liquid Cooling Sealless Magnetic Drive Pump is a high-efficiency magnetic-drive pump designed for AI data centers with a zero-leak, sealless design and -100°C extreme-temperature resistance; it reduces volume by 1/3 while providing strong power and is positioned as a high-safety core component for long-term stable operation of liquid-cooling CDUs.
